We are also just fun people to work with! High performing and transformative work can be draining, and making sure that we keep it as light and enjoyable as possible is key.
We routinely have strategy sessions with clients over beers, BBQ, and wine. Coaching sessions on the golf course, or offsite's hosted in a mountain cabin are just part of maintaining a strong connection to the people that we work with.
