Is your business stagnating? Are you looking to grow market share? Reduce wastes? Drive customer value, and improve profits?
After culture developments, OpEx transformations are our favorite type of engagement. No matter what your industry or business size, you have room to improve. It can often be tough to make improvements a cultural priority, especially with everyone focused on fighting fires.

Operational Excellence comes disguised as many things, but it all boils down to a heavy focus on customer value, and streamlining it's flow through your organization. Most business are aware of some kind of Continuous Improvement strategies, but may not be aware of which tools to use, and which are not applicable.

In our experience, 90% of all problems in any business come from not having the correct information to the person that needs it at the time that a decision needs to be made. We have a heavy focus on making sure the 10 principles of OpEx are instilled and followed in our clients organizations

Working with us on OpEx initiatives is intense. In order to make accurate and lasting adjustments, our advisers need to fully understand your business, your industry, your culture, your team, your products, and your strategic goals. This is not short term work, and there are no quick fixes.

The diligence and planning phase of this work is difficult and can be painful. Many times things that have been hidden by poor practice, inefficient processes, or overstaffed work groups come to the surface, and need to be corrected before moving on. It is not for everyone. Up to 90% of OpEx journey's end in failure, most often due to decision makers not understanding the scope of issues and amount of work to be done.
